Your selection process will look as follows:
1. Evaluation of job application by our Recruitment
Team Each application we receive is screened by our recruitment team and experienced professionals from the service line to which the candidate is applying.
2. Testing phase
Depending on vacancy candidates pass written test. 3. Interview phase
Depending on vacancy, for all positions we conduct two or three interviews. The first interview is usually organized by our recruitment team, who discusses the application with the candidate, verifies the information, and fills in any missing data. The successful candidates from the first round are invited to following interviews with related department directors, senior managers and partners from the appropriate service line.
4. Offer
We will make an offer to all those we think are best suited to fill a vacant position and pursue a career with Baker Tilly Azerbaijan.

Audit Intern
Audit Associate

Responsibilities:

·         Take the role in the Audit as a professional team member to perform in simple part of the financial statement;

·         Assists in the preparation of working papers and other basic planning documentation;

·         Support Audit work on real projects together with BT professionals;

·         Take part in a professional learning and development scheme;

·         Complete other administration task as required by Audit Department.

Requirements:

·         University degree / expected degree;

·         Basic knowledge of audit and accounting (Azerbaijan and international standards);

·         Good command of English and Azeri;

·         Proficiency in using office applications: (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Outlook);

·         Ability to work as a part of team.


Experienced Audit Associate

Responsibilities:

 

ü  Be responsible for the preparation of develop an understanding of the audit approach, methodology & tools;

ü  Establish working relationships with client personnel;

ü  Perform analytical review of audit documents;

ü  Review client accounting and operating procedures and systems of internal control;

ü  Identify accounting and auditing issues; perform research to solve issues that arise;

ü  Prepare financial statement reports and documentation supporting audit opinions;

ü  Provide recommendations for improved controls and enhanced business efficiency;

ü  Demonstrate ability to plan and manage engagements and people along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.

 

Job Requirements:

ü  1 or 2 years of relevant experience with an international audit firm;

ü  Master degree preferably in Accounting or Economics;

ü  Fluent written and spoken Azerbaijani and English;

ü  High analytical skills;

ü  Ability to work as part of a team with professionals at all levels;

ü   Meticulous attention to details;

ü  Numeracy and a strong aptitude for mathematics;

ü  Excellent problem-solving skills;

ü  A keen interest in the financial system;

ü  Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure;

ü  Strong IT skills;

ü  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills.
